Branislav Ludva - Managing Director Branislav was acting during the period 1996-1999 in KARAT Software a.s. company on Business Director position. Since 1999 he is holding Managing Director position responsible for company development, company economy, business planning and business target achievement.	Marek Hejna - Product Manager Marek has been working for KARAT Software on different positions allready for ten years. He started as a Head of branch, after that managed IS ISO Department, consequently as a Account Managera till current Product Manager position. He is responsible for  Product company policy.
Daniel Holec - Project Manager Daniel has been working for KARAT Software since 2002. His business is IS KARAT project planning and coordination. As a Head of Implementation Department he drives all projects in implementation stage as well as projects in maintenance stage. He successfully established IS KARAT implementation methodology.	Vladimír Prinke - Marketing & Development Director Vladimír has been working for KARAT Software since 2002. He started his job as a  Senior Partner Manager responsible for IS KARAT distribution via Partner net. In 2005 was appointed to current position responsible for new challenge prospecting leading to sales increasing.
Allan Konečný - System Development Manager Allan has been working for KARAT Software  since 1993. Formerly he operated on computer analyst position for ISO information system, later as systems programmer and information system KARATanalyst . Since 2001 is on Head of IS KARAT Development Department position .	Michal Bahula - System Analyst Michal is Information system ISO co-author. He has been working for KARAT Software since its foundation as Information system KARAT analyst. In 1997-2001 period was holding Head of IS KARAT development position. /resent age Michal is  working as economic modules analyst and its development coordinator.
Tomáš Wertheimer - Executive Director Tomáš  has been working for KARAT Software company since 1998. He is responsible for secure internal company running.  He is dealing personell policy, terms of contracts, financial support and other legal matters. Tomáš Wretheimer is simultaneously on company secretary position.	Marcel Herman - Service Manager Marcel has been working for KARAT Software since 1996 Originally he hold IS ISO Product Manager position,  after that Senior Account Manager position and HW Product Manager. In his current position Marcel is responsible for maintenance service policy, portfolio  management and long term business relations building.
