Organization
The Organization module includes all common nomenclatures of the system. They are filed and updated here. The nomenclatures are divided into several logical areas in the main menu:
One of the most crucial areas is handling partners and includes:
- Unique identification of individual partners, entering basic partner information (ICO, TIN, address, bank contact, contacts, accounting data, negotiated shipping terms...)
- List of partner contacts and their relationship to the central person nomenclature
- Maintaining contractual relationships with partners
- Company information and structure definition: Company basic information (TIN, address, responsible persons, bank accounts)
- Center code definition and connections between the centers
