Omnia Systems Integration, a.s. transforms into KARAT Slovakia, a.s.
After almost two years of successful cooperation on localization and introducing the KARAT on the Slovak market, there comes a significant change in relations between I. F. T. PROGRES and Bratislava-based company Omnia Systems Integration, a.s. The former Omnia Systems Integration, a.s. was by the agreement of the management of both companies transformed into a new joint stock company KARAT Slovakia.
This step allows deepening of the cooperation of both companies in selling and development of the KARAT product series. The main task of KARAT Slovakia is localization and distribution of the KARAT IS in Slovakia. KARAT Slovakia also provides support for the distribution chain in Slovakia, which is represented within the KARAT Partner project by the partner companies in particular regions of Slovakia.
Together with these trading activities, there has been common development of the specialized personnel and wages administration modules for the Slovak version of the KARAT Information System. KARAT Slovakia will also serve as “take-off platform” for building a distribution channel in Hungary where I. F. T. PROGRES has clients. The successful cooperation, crowned with foundation of a common company, has been proved by a few current business projects realized in Slovakia this year. The Slovak version of the KARAT IS was picked to be implemented in companies Slovakor Industry, a. s., Magic Trading Corporation, a.s., CARBOPRAX, a.s....
