Audit of KARAT information system version 07
Přerov 25.9.2007. The KARAT complex enterprise information system KARAT v. 07 has obtained a declaration by the auditor, that on the basis of a detailed examination of its functions, recommends the KARAT information system.
The KARAT information system, version 07, allows for the fulfilment of accounting obligations as stated by various general legal regulations in force in the Czech Republic, especially Act no. 563/91 Coll., on accounting, as subsequently amended.
The KARAT information system, version 07, is reliable; its outputs are well-arranged and complete. The content of an accounting record in a written form is equivalent to the content of an accounting record in a “technical” form. The changes made to the records and the declaration of VAT have made the system more user-friendly. Furthermore, the processing of tax declarations has been made quicker.
KARAT information system is a complex information system using Client/Server technology, designed for management of middle-sized and large business and manufacturing organizations. The system is developed with emphasis on openness. It is ported on database servers Sybase ASA, Sybase ASE a Microsoft SQL and it works under Microsoft and UNIX information systems.
