Information system KARAT Enterprise implemented in VOKD, a.s.
VOKD, a.s., based in Ostrava, has implemented the enterprise information system -ESP KARAT solution in the area of wages and HR.
VOKD, a.s. belongs among the leading building companies in the region of western Moravia. The company has existed for more than 50 years. Initially a state mining and building company, it has evolved into a joint stock company with an annual turnover of 1.25 billion CZK and 802 employees. The company provides a wide range of building works – surface, sub-surface, as well as mining.
The aim of the project was the implementation of ERP in the area of wages and HR that would cover specific needs concerning the monitoring of workers in the mining industry.
The key criteria was the openness of IS Karat that made it possible to comply with the specific requirements of the company resulting from the business arena in which it operates. The implementation was carried out in cooperation with ZAS Group s.r.o. which belongs to the KARAT Partner distribution network.
