KARAT Software has purchased ADDER division of NWT Computer
Přerov 7.12.2007 - KARAT Software a.s., a developer of the complex enterprise information system KARAT, has realized a significant acquisition at the beginning of November, when Adder division, which deals with development, implementation and maintenance of enterprise information systems, was purchased from NWT Computer.
In this way, KARAT Software has extended its team of experts dealing with development, implementation and commerce by almost twenty new members. As well as having participated in the KARAT information system implementation, the ADDER team has already been a co-author of specialized modules for IS KARAT.
